SHIPPING

Please check shipping and turnaround time prior to placing an order.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at: oliveandstoneco@outlook.com

We will make every effort to help although we cannot cancel your order if this has already been processed for dispatch. Please ensure any cancellations are made within one hour of ordering or we may be unable to cancel it and you will be required to return the item at your own cost.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

REFUNDS

You are welcome to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, we are unable to process a return for any items. 

You must notify us of a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel via email to: oliveandstoneco@outlook.com using the subject line 'Return'.

Please allow up to 3 working days for us to reply to your email and confirm your return. You will then be sent the relevant returns address to make your return. You will have 7 days from the date we reply to you to ship your returned item(s) and the customer will be liable for the shipping cost.

The item(s) must be returned to us in the original condition with any tags attached and unworn. We cannot accept items where the tags have been removed under any circumstance or if items have clearly been worn - e.g., mud or hairs on the item(s). Products must be smoke-free, mud and dirt-free, and have no signs of wear or tear. Returns made after outlined returns time frame, or in an unsuitable condition such as worn/without tags will not be accepted and you will need to arrange collection of your returned goods at your own cost.

All returned goods must be unused, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition. We recommended carefully trying any items on indoors. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in the condition outlined above.

Please ensure your return includes:

  • Your order Name
  • Order Number 
  • The email address used when you placed your order, and if different, the email you contacted us on to request your return.

EXCHANGES

You are welcome to return your item(s) and exchange for a new order or alternative size(s) required within 14 days of receiving your order.

You (the customer) are responsible for any return shipping costs and will need to pay the shipping of the alternative size/item to be delivered to you.

Please ensure you check sizing before placing an order. If you are unsure of the size, please contact us and we will be happy to advise.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit therefore we would recommend that you obtain a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance from the Post Office or choose to send the goods by Recorded Delivery for your records. All returns are made at your own cost.

Please allow 7 days for us to process your return. If you have not heard from us after this time, please reach out to us at: oliveandstoneco@outlook.com with your order name and number.

DAMAGES

In the unlikely event that your product arrives to you damaged or faulty this may be returned for a replacement or full refund (including shipping).
