SHIPPING INFORMATION

All products in our online store will provide you with an estimated delivery date based on your location. This date will give you an indication of when you should receive your order (UK only). Please ensure you check the estimated shipping before you place an order.

We work hard to make and dispatch orders and try not to incur delays. From time to time there may be a delay, particularly at busy periods, such as Christmas or when it floods (we are quite rural)!

You will receive email updates about your order and can check your order progress by logging in to your account and viewing your order history.

SHIPPING

All items shipped to mainland UK for FREE on orders over £25 using Royal Mail. This is a 2nd Class service (2-3 working days) and is not guaranteed to reach you the next day.

Typically, our orders are packed the same day or next morning, which means you should receive your order within 2-3 days. Orders received on Sundays may take one extra day as Royal Mail do not work on a Sunday.

Express Shipping is available for an extra cost, you can find this at point of checkout.

International shipping is available, please see rates at point of sale.

Many countries will collect customs and duties for international purchases, and these are not included in our shipping costs when you place an order.

Import customs and duties must be covered by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Sometimes orders will incur customs and duty charges by your home country, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these if they wish to receive their items.

Some items that are available in our store might be prohibited imports to your country and therefore will be caught by customs and destroyed, along with any other items you have ordered. It is your responsibility to check what items are restricted to import in to your country prior to order. No responsibility or compensation will be provided to items destroyed by customs in the event they are destroyed due to being prohibited.
