When will I receive my order?
All products are sent Royal Mail Second Class as standard; this is to keep shipping costs minimal for all our customers.

Typically, our orders are packed the same day or next morning, which means you should receive your order within 2-3 days. Orders received on Sundays may take one extra day as Royal Mail do not work on a Sunday.
What is the best way to clean my accessories?
We suggest cleaning our products using warm water. Do not submerge the products in water for long periods of time and avoid using hot water as we use eco friendly glues which will not withstand hot water.

Instead, if you have any tough stains, use a gentle scrubbing brush and some soap or detergent to get them out.
Then leave them to dry flat or hang them on the line. Easy peasy!

Yes, we do. Many countries will collect customs and duties for international purchases, and these are not included in shipping costs when you place an order.
